Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with personal information on zero2cfo.com, and on our first address, zero2cfo.co.uk, which now forwards here.

Who we are

Zero2CFO is a trading name of AgenticCFO Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17534001, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. AgenticCFO Ltd is the controller of your personal information and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC283224. You can contact us at hello@zero2cfo.co.uk.

Visiting the site

You can read every Route Map without giving us any details. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site.

Emailing us

If you email hello@zero2cfo.co.uk, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you. We keep the conversation for as long as we need it to deal with your message.

The weekly email

When you join the weekly Route Map email, we collect your email address. We use it only to send you that email, and we rely on your consent to do so. We use Kit (kit.com) to store your address and send the email, acting on our instructions. Kit is based in the United States. Your address is protected when it goes there by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by the UK's international data transfer agreement in Kit's data processing terms. We keep your address until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Saved maps

If you save a map, the list of saved maps is stored only in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by removing saved maps or clearing your browser data.

Questions you send us

If you send a question through a map page, we collect the question, the map it relates to and, only if you choose to give it, your email address. We use the question to write general FAQ answers for all readers, and your email only to tell you when an answer is published. We do not reply one to one or give personal advice. Please do not include your name, tax references, National Insurance number, bank details or any other personal information in your question. Questions are stored by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and we delete each question and email address within 12 months, or sooner if you ask. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering common questions.

We never sell your details

We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not use them for anything other than the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@zero2cfo.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
